The Beagle StepFit has Four Modes
1. Use the "Mode" button to change between screen modes.
2. Every feature on the Beagle StepFit works from one of these four modes.
Mode 2 - "Alarm"
(Set Alarm & On / Off)
Mode 1 - "Clock"
(Shows current time)
On "Clock" mode, there are no icon indicators on your screen
"ALM" tells you the Beagle is in Alarm Mode (Set Alarm & On / Off)

"FAT" tells you the Beagle is in "Body Fat Analyser" Mode (Calculate Body Fat %)
