Using The Beagle Body Fat Analyser
1. From your "Main Clock" screen, hit "Mode" twice to get to the "Body Fat Analyser" Mode
Hit it twice, "Body Fat Analyser" Mode.
Hit it once, "Alarm" Mode.
"Main Clock" Mode.
The number should be flashing on & off
2. Now it is on "Body Fat Analyser" Mode.
Enter your height in centimeters using the "Up" & "Down" buttons and hit "Set"
Enter your age in years using the "Up" & "Down" buttons and hit "Set"
Enter your weight in kilograms using the "Up" & "Down" buttons and hit "Set"
Enter your gender using the "Up" & "Down" buttons and hit "Set"
Place thumbs on "Body Analyser Pads"
