Danny Alex has been described as a chronic
optimist and natural entertainer. Danny has
over 30 years experience in the health,
physical and emotional fitness lifestyle
as well as a rich 20 year back ground in
business and the public stock market idioms.
At the age of 13, Danny began boxing,
kickboxing and Greco Roman Wrestling where
his passion for the gym and a healthy lifestyle
took root. He has spent over 30 years in
fitness and lifestyle related activities with a
strong emphasis on weight training,
cardiovascular endurance as well as isometric
exercises, flexibility and nutrition. Danny also
spent many years performing as a singer and
musician with a number of focused television
pursuits. As an entertainer and lifestyle spokesperson, Danny is an energetic and flamboyant front man who always strives to connect with his audience. Combining television and fitness has been a natural fit for him as he gets excited and is passionate about the time he gets to spend helping educate and bring a healthy way of living to his audience. His energy and optimism has been described as "infectious".
