Your Walking / Running Statistics
The "Step" mode is the main mode for all of your walking and running when using your Muscle Flex Beagle StepFit.
1. From the Main Clock sceen, press the "Mode" button three times to get to the "Step" mode, enter stride length, weight and step alarm count number.
Enter your stride length; heel to heel and press "Set"
Enter your weight in Kilograms and press "Set"

Enter a number from 0 -99999 for the Step Alarm & hit "Set". Beagle Alarm will sound when you walk this many steps

There are 4 separate screens to scroll through using the "Up" button
Beagle Icon means the Beagle is active and counting. You may also have it deactivated.

1. Use the "UP" Button to scroll through the 4 screens
2. Use the "Down" Button to clear each field on the screen
3. Hit "Mode" to return to "Clock" mode
4. Hit "Set" Button to re-enter stride length, weight and step alarm

Scroll through the 4 Screens
1. The Beagle can be "Active" or "Deactivated" in Step Mode.
2. While walking, you may have your Beagle on any 4 of these screens or on the Main Clock Screen .
3. Be as accurate as possible with your stride and weight input as these numbers affect distance walked, calories burned and km / hr.
4. Remember, "Down" erases the fields so be careful with that button.
